Oh my friends.
Book & Baby won first place at the Indie Book Awards in the category of writing/publishing. The winners and finalists will be honored June 25 in an online event which will stream live on Facebook at 7:00 pm (Eastern Time). Here’s the book on my publisher’s website.
I recently was interviewed on Writers Corner Live which was broadcast out of Cape Town, South Africa, and appeared with the Author's Guild, in an intimate zoom of only a few writer-parents. I'm not sure which I enjoyed more.
I was also interviewed for a great podcast about self-determination: Sensitive Rebel, airs on June 9th.
Other good news:
Red Penguin Press accepted my newest short story "Big Bad" for publication in their forthcoming anthology Once Upon a Time. The anthology is available June 1.
Columbia University listed Book & Baby on their alumni author website. Feels good to be noticed by my alma mater.
