Oklahoma Review takes 9-11 story

Thrilled to announce that The Oklahoma Review has accepted “Down Below” for publication! “Down Below” is a five-year anniversary post-9-11 story, set in Lower Manhattan.

Many of you may know the author lives one block from the WTC site, and was home during the events of 9-11. This story renders a fictional account of survivor guilt from the POV of a documentary filmmaker who is hard at work producing a retrospective while dealing with her own feelings about that day.

The story posted online in Volume 7, Issue 2, which came out December 2006 — the Oklahoma Review link is here.
